I’m Professor of Law & Criminal Justice at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland.
I conduct original research and seek to inform and engage with policy, practice and public discourse.
My work focuses on the relationship between law, discretionary decision-making and justice, especially in the context of criminal law, justice and process.
